Maybe not a healthy recipe… but definitely one of my favourite desserts/snacks!!!


Peanut Butter Popcorn

3/4 cup popcorn kernels
1/2 cup honey/corn syrup
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
Peanuts (optional)
Pop the popcorn. Remove unpopped kernels. Melt honey and sugar to boiling point. Add vanilla and peanut butter, stir. Pour over popped corn, mix, and enjoy! 🙂  I guarantee you’ll be eating it until it’s gone. And be tempted to make more. 😉
